WizFreight, a leading Digital Freight Forwarder for Modern Day Logistics is looking for Accountant / Admin executive in Jakarta.
Job Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for managing and executing all accounting & admin matters for the Wiz Jakarta office.
Job Description : Accountant (Accounting & Admin)
‐ Handle full spectrum of accounts
‐ Bookkeeping
‐ Perform Bank reconciliation
‐ Cashflow Management
‐ Prepare quarterly management report accounting
‐ Prepare Financial Statements, P/L, B/S forecast, Budgeting
‐ Perform Year-End Closing
‐ Assist in Audit (fieldwork / co-ordination)
‐ Process payments (Online banking or paper based)
‐ Prepare invoices
‐ Work closely with business units team in regards to financial analysis and reports for smooth daily accounting operations
‐ Review work practices and procedures for better operational efficiency
‐ Perform accurate data entry and ensure proper filling documents
‐ Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior and management.
Job Requirement
‐ ACCA/CA qualified or equivalent with 3 to 5 years' post qualification experience
‐ Possess a minimum of 3-5 years working experience in accounting
‐ Experience in bookkeeping is necessary
‐ Experience in preparing Financial statements is preferrable
‐ Experience in shipping industry is preferrable
‐ Experience in SPC (Special Purpose company) accounting or foreign entity is preferable
‐ Familiar with IFRS and SFRS
‐ Time-management abilities, fast learner, meticulous, detail oriented and able to work independently
‐ Good interpersonal skills, accountable, initiative and willingness to learn
‐ Good team player with positive working attitude
The job may also requires to handle more than an accountant activities at times, to deal with some administrative task and therefore person’s desire to get engaged and learn new things is required for the role.
