Job Description

A beauty clinic in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Manager (Part-Time)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage social media accounts (FB & IG)
  • Manage and supervise article content creation
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Oversee ads, promos and events campaigns execution
  • Shoot videos, reels and create content in the clinic
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role
  • Previous experience in managing an independent social media account
  • A keen eye for tracking social media trends
  • Expert knowledge of social media marketing
  • Proficient in video and graphic editing software (Photoshop, etc.)
  • Ability to meet deadlines and quotas
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
