Job Description

JOB DUTIES

  • Issue Danmar B/L and FCR according to shipping instructions & Danmar manual
  • Issue shipping instructions to shipping lines
  • Arrange payment to shipping lines / sub-contractors
  • Prepare job files
  • Prepare shipping document to contractor
  • Monitor for export clearance status with CDZ
  • Check with warehouse for completion of loading
  • Issue invoice / credit notes to shippers and to overseas (in the absence of supervisor)
  • Maintain contact with overseas offices regarding verifying term of trade, Nominated shipment, shipment schedule & documents (in the absence of supervisor)


JOB DUTIES

  • Education background minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Experience in Ocean Freight matters minimum 2 years
  • English fluency both in writing and speaking
  • Computer literacy is must
  • Has all technical competencies that required by the position
