Job Description

A2B Outsourcing is looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who will handle an Australian-based client. The successful candidate will be working closely with a team of experienced and passionate disability-focused support coordinators and plan managers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Entry and Processing
  • Invoice review and analysis
  • Checking Australian Business Numbers of Providers
  • Checking of BSB and Account Numbers
  • Checking of Updated Rates and Services Provided
  • Checking of Updates in PRODA-Services Australia
  • Email Management

Skills and Requirements:

  • Excellent English Communication Skills (REQUIRED)
  • At least 2 years' Administrative Role experience
  • Experience handling Australian Client is a plus
  • Keen attention to details
  • Flexible; easily adapt to change/s
  • Experience in Helpscout and Careview is a plus

All correspondence will be conducted in English

This is a full-time office-based role in Legian Bali. Please note that the company is following Australian Holiday.
