Job Description

Job Descriptions:
  • Create design concepts for building renovation (existing building, commercial and residential building).
  • Create detailed drawings of related designs.
  • Create RAB and BQ from related designs.
  • Periodically supervise the implementation of construction.
  • Assisting the marketing team in preparing layout drawings and 3D illustrations.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Architect Major.
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in consultant/developer.
  • Mastering 2D and 3D software (AutoCAD, Sketchup), rendering software (Vray/Lumion, visual software (Photoshop/Illustrator).
  • Computer literate (MS Office).
  • Able to make BQ & RAB.
  • Creative and have a good design sense.
  • Willing to be placed in Mall Mangga Dua Area, Jakarta Utara.
