Job Description

1. Support manager to map relevant stakeholders and collaborators

2. Support manager to plan event and partnership strategies relevant to the product

and corporate branding

3. Understand product/services, corporate cultures and support manager to

develop a communication strategy

4. Get involved in every discussion and meeting related to event and partnership

programs

5. Provide valuable input and suggestions to the team related to event concept and

collaboration programs

6. Plan and execute event and partnership programs, as well as coordinate with the

relevant stakeholders/teams

7. Create a project checklist and event scheduling for event preparation and

coordination

8. Be the corporate representative in community events

9. Manage event and partnership database, including a list of partnerships,

collaborators, and other valuable stakeholders

10. Explore speakership opportunities and other potential collaborations

11. Engage with both internal and external stakeholders
Bachelor's Degree of Communication, Marketing, Event Management/Tourism, or any related field of studies;

Experienced in the same field at least 1 year;

Good communication and presentation skills;

Excellent interpersonal skills;

Excellent problem-solving skills;

Well adaptive and outgoing person.
