Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • To conduct a customer satisfaction survey with respondents through telephone
  • Follow a set of questions on the survey questionnaire
  • Record full comments were given by respondents in complete sentences
  • Briefing and training will be provided

Job Requirements

  • Age between 21 to 40 y/o
  • No working experience is required and student/fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Able to speak and read fluently in BAHASA INDONESIA & ENGLISH
  • No fear of talking with strangers on the phone
  • Good communication skills
  • Good listening and understanding skills for accurately recording information
  • Detail-oriented and Self-motivated
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to comprehend new information quickly and prompt response to instruction
  • Able to commit for at least 1 month (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm) and can commence work immediately
