Logistic Administrator

This position will be based at Surabaya Warehouse

About the role:

Your overall task is to assist current Logistic Specialist for the Shipment from Vendor globally and Shipment to Customer as well as handle all the administration works for Surabaya Warehouse.

You will also working closely with Order Execution teams in Jakarta and make sure all the documentations required for invoicing are complete.

About the department’;

As part of the FLSmidth Indonesia Order Execution Team, you will be part of a dynamic & engaged team focused on Safety, Quality & Delivery while achieving business unit goals & high levels of customer satisfaction.

The work location will be the FLSmidth Indonesia Warehouse located in Surabaya.

Key responsibilities:

  • Integrate ‘Safety’ & ‘Quality’ into all day to day activities
  • Execute the following in FLS Indonesia ERP – Epicor10
    • Receipt incoming material from Vendor
    • Create Delivery Order (DO) for shipment to Customer
  • Maintain Internal Shipment Tracking System
  • Planning and arranging material delivery to Customer according to Customer Shipment Schedule
  • Monitoring the process of loading material into transporter according to Customer Shipment Schedule
  • Make sure the return of handover notes or delivery order from transporter received by FLSmidth team as soon as possible
  • Assist in the Inventory and Stocking Control process
  • Assist in providing all the related Shipment documentation
  • Filing all the Shipment/Importation Documentations
  • Manage administration work for FLS Surabaya Warehouse, including petty cash and settlement through Epicor10.

Qualifications / Work Experience;

  • 2 years (plus) experience in Supply Chain and Warehouse related activities; preferably in Mining / Oil & Gas Sector
  • Experience & Exposure to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Proven ability to communicate, negotiate & build effective working relationships with internal & external stakeholders
  • Medium level of English (written & verbal)
  • Understand with Finance & Accounting Principles
  • Competent in all MS office products
  • Mid-Level experience & exposure to Customs Clearance & EXIM within the context of Indonesia
  • General understanding of Quality Management Systems
