The Marketing Manager is responsible for building and maintaining a strong and consistent campaign for all Disney movies in Indonesia through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels. This person should track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, manage the marketing and ensure that all marketing is in line with the campaign objectives.
Responsibilities :
Develop marketing promotional plan and strategies for each movie title depending on the movie genre and target market.
Monitor the execution of on multi-channel campaigns, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
Develop creative direction on each movie title, including media and creative briefs to agencies.
Manage and control movie media budget with spends in various media expanding from traditional to digital media with media planning agency.
Support the promotional partnership team to create compelling partnership activations.
Close coordination with the regional digital team on digital and social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and Youtube for Walt Disney, Marvel, Pixar and LucasFilm, 21st Century & Search Light titles. Identify opportunities for local content / localization.
Identifying new opportunities for movie promotions by actively researching, meeting and negotiating deals with agencies, new media and cinema partners.
Basic Qualifications :
A university degree holder, preferably in business management or marketing.
Advertising, media, or entertainment marketing experience will be an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
Able to multi-task effectively with attention to details.
A self-starter who is organised, resourceful, and able to take initiatives.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency in Apple Keynotes and Photoshop will be an advantage.
