Job Responsibilities

Ensure and improve the physical availability (PA) of equipment, in order to obtain high quality at optimal costs and also be responsible for implementing strategic designs through improvement projects so as to support the achievement of company targets.

Manage research and improvement projects in order to ensure the Physical Availability of equipment
Performing equipment analysis related to component lifetime extension
Manage fabrication design components that are still in accordance with regulations with optimal results
Ensure that the warranty claim management runs smoothly with technical support
Ensure the running of research and analysis on Failure Analysis Equipment
Ensure the running of research and analysis regarding Electrical Failure Analysis
Making breakthroughs and initiating project improvement related to the results of research and analysis carried out
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering
Min 10 years of working experience as Plant Engineering or Plant Development
Advanced skill in preventive maintenance & planning, budgeting, equipment technical analysis, and contract management, especially in the mining contractor industry
Good communication and leadership skill
Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making
Willing to be placed at All Adaro Group Site
