Job Description

Find and supply all the talent needed in the project, both Movie Project and Commercial Video Project.

Maintain a relationship or serve as the point of contact with talent managers, agents, publicists, and talent/KOL directly to execute Movie or Commercial Video Projects

Assess the acting skills of all talents
Must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Film Production, Advertising, Mass Communication, Literature, or other related fields

Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the Production House, Agency, Event Organizer as Talent Associate, Talent Coordinator, or other related position.

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Easy going and open-minded

Social media & Gadget savvy

Advance level in English
