Job Responsibilities

Ensure and improve the physical availability (PA) of equipment by intervening/revisioning/modifying the use of equipment/methods used and of a strategic nature, including the implementation of machine and component rebuilding in accordance with company objectives.

Ensure the management of research and analysis on equipment and improvement projects in order to ensure that the Physical Availability of equipment is running and can be implemented, including failure analysis both equipment and electrical, component lifetime extension analysis, Fabrication Design
Ensure that the warranty claim management runs smoothly with technical support
Ensure that the management of units in the Rebuilt Center is effective and efficient
Ensuring that the Division's Cost Management is in accordance with the plan
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering
Min. 15 years of working experience as Plant Engineering or Plant Development
Advanced skill in preventive maintenance & planning, budgeting, equipment technical analysis, and contract management, especially in the mining contractor industry
Good communication and leadership skill
Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making
Willing to be placed at All Adaro Group Site
