Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinates with all colleagues to ensure an efficient flow of communication to and from the administration office.
To introduce themselves to organizer and established a rapport, provide a cell phone number which can be contacted
To ensure all venues are fully set up including lighting, music, decoration, and other details
Be fully briefed on all events happening during the day. Must noticed timings details, menu arrangement, AV requirement and billing settlement
To manage the Banquet Event Order, change log, amendment, menus, flower order and other general administration in meticulous detail and presented in the most professional manner
To assist the Captain or Banquet Manager in communicate with Event team on daily basis to review Banquet Event Order or future event
To ensure that important information is distributed and cascade to the guest or support department timely
To consistently achieve the service and product delivery standards with a high degree of client care and service throughout the banqueting event experience
To demonstrate a pride in workplace and a high level of commitment
To maintain the back of the house neat, tidy, clean and safe
Assist Guest courteously and efficiently
Provide excellent service at all times to all of our guests
Continuously monitor his/her section for maximum guest’s satisfaction
Communicate with Kitchen for any guests’ special request and dietary requirements
Support company's philosophy and company culture through the use of Pillars and Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement
To fully inform and aware about all information connecting to Food and Beverage outlets and Mandarin Oriental Jakarta/Group generally
To have role of good Brand ambassador
To maintain all Hotel’s assets
Ensure consistent compliance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the Food & Beverage administration.
Maintain Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta’s grooming and appearance standards at all times.
Ensure that the information and information security equipment assets are secured as effectively as practically possible to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information assets.
Responsible to safeguard the security of the company's information and computing assets and complying with the implemented Information Security Policy and all practices and supporting procedures designed in accordance with the policy.
Requirements

Have a minimum of 1-year experience in similar position, preferably in luxury environment

Have excellent attention to details and service knowledge
Familiar with Hotel/Restaurant Food and Beverage Operation.
Possess a friendly, energized and outgoing personality.

Must possess ability to coordinate with multiple tasks.
Computer literacy.
Excellent English and Indonesian communication skills both written and verbal.
