Job Description

Leading project planning and implementation

Defines the project scope, objectives and delivery

Arrange and coordinate project staff

Manage the budget and allocation of project resources

Project planning and scheduling

Provide direction and support for the project team

Continuously monitor and report project progress to all stakeholders

Create reports that contain project progress, problems and solutions

Implement and manage project changes and intervene to achieve project results

Conduct evaluation and assessment of results
  • Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Management, or other relevant fields
  • Proven working experience as a Project Manager
  • Experienced in working on IT projects, preferably on projects related to banking or other financial institutions
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Can collaborate with various other work units, such as IT Development, IT Infrastructure, Business Unit, Operations, Risk and Compliance
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal
  • Excellent documentation skill
  • Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multi tasking skills
  • Experience in IFRS17 or other Finance & Accounting project is preferable
  • PMP / similar certification is an advantage
