Job Description

What will be your main function and you will collaboration with:

A Project Manager to create Installation capacity planning and completion forecast, monitor and manage installation project quality, profitability and productivity, manage and liaise with sub-contractor, secure and ensure the resources as required for the projects, communicate the capacity constraints to sales, response and manage customers communication throughout the installation process, manage the activities and performance of installation team as well as conduct and ensure safety implementation as well as audits at the projects.

Responsibilities and key activities :

Accountable for project scope, schedule and budget, delivering the project within the defined contractual requirements and company objectives
Ensure company business success and customer satisfaction
Ensure professional stakeholder management
Accountable for proactively managing customer communication throughout the project
Ensure integrated project planning and management with customers and full chain teams
Managing project deliverables in line with project plan
Ensure continuous full chain project monitoring and control
Responsible for successful project start-up, project reviews, project reporting and facilitating project governance
Ensure that project status and progress is effectively communicated to management and to customer
Responsible for operational and financial project risk identification, mitigation, contingency planning and potential recovery actions
Accountable for safety, quality and productivity during installation and handovers, and for corrective actions to any detected non-conformities
Accountable for the project’s financial planning and forecasting, cash flow management and revenue management (capitalizing on change order opportunities)
Responsible for actively driving Sales-to-Operations handover quality, accountable for handovers to Customer and Maintenance as well as project closing activities
Maintain master action log and lessons learned document
Plans and ensures sufficient project resourcing and competences
Manages and leads the full chain project team
Creates and maintains safety and security awareness amongst employees and subcontractors in the project. Ensures following of company's and Customer’s safety and security policies.

Requirement s:

Minimum education is Diploma Degree Major in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil engineering
Proficient in English & Computer Literate
Capable to work in under minimum supervision, self-motivate, well-organized.
Placement: Jakarta and West Indonesia
Have been working at Projects minimum 5 years and held Delivery Project Management Certification level 3 or at minimum under progress of obtaining it
External candidates with experience from the same Elevator & Escalator industry, customer organization or interface is an option
Able to demonstrate the Project Management model and processes, Safety, quality and environment methods, contractual aspects of project, project financial management procedures, full chain delivery process, risk and opportunity management, customer relationship management
Able to demonstrate the people development and succession plan methods
Having a generic information of Elevator & Escalator products, IT system and ecosystem partners
Understanding of relevant laws, standards, norms and other requirements
