Manage system configuration and parameter update
Create test cases based on the initial product design and carry out UAT testing of the developed system (enhancements/new products/production issues fix) and proper follow-through of issue logs to closure.
Analyze identified issue encountered, the risk associated and escalated as appropriate
Creating clear Project documentation. reports and follow up on defects/identified bugs.
Keep track of the project, follow up on the pending tasks, and provide management reports on the project update
Work in collaboration with Developer, Product Managers, and other related Departments/Stakeholders
Actively look for opportunities to enhance standards, improve system features and process efficiency.
Deep dive analysis of the identified issues and check with parameters related, including to the source code when necessary

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management.
Min. 2 years of experience in large scale enterprise systems with end-to-end and UX/UI testing
Strong analytical thinking is a must
Having the understanding and knowledge of Software Engineering Concepts, Agile, Scrum and Quality Assurance processes
Must be high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to function under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written), additional skill in Mandarin is a plus.
Able to quickly learn and implement new technologies with a “can do” attitude.
Willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities.
Skilled at working effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge in the programming language (Java, Node.js, Python, etc.) and query language SQL is a plus
