YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'
  • Provide IT infrastructure and applications support management cover during core business hours
  • Stakeholder management with regional business stakeholders
  • Reporting and SLA/KPI governance via regular meetings

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • University degree in Business Studies or Computer Science
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a corporate technology department performing IT support or service management activities such as incident management
  • Understanding of cloud services
  • Having understanding of key IT Service Management processes (ITIL foundation or expert)
  • Experience in Cloud Technology (AWS foundation) will be an advantage
  • Any work experience in FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) or financial services
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
