Job Description

Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree or above. Majoring in Biomedical/Electronic Engineering, or another related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Customer Service (preferably Channel Management) and solid background in Medical Device Industry.
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Great communication skills, team management, and well-organized.
  • Able to travel frequently.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage service channels including sign into service agreement and provide channel coverage plan.
  • Assist local service team in making channel management policy and strategy.
  • Organize and evaluate service channel quality, manpower, and facility.
  • Make plans for continuous improvement in service channel.
  • Supervise and implement effective corrective actions towards channels’ performance.
  • Bridge Mindray Service Team and service channel communication effectively.
  • Team building and management including but not limited to recruit, coach, and motivate team members.
