Skill and requirement :

Have sufficient knowledge in programming of PLC (Siemens/Mitsubishi/Omron/Allen Bradley) with standard ladder diagram
Have general knowledge in programming HMI (Human Machine Interface)
Have troubleshooting skill working experience with different type of PLC (ladder diagram format)
Have general knowledge in setup device and computer network setting
Have troubleshooting skill working experience with control and mechanical system area of automation packaging line and/or automation warehouse/logistic
Have good knowledge in different type of control devices (Inverter, Servo motor, Encoder, transducers)
Have good knowledge in pneumatic system and devices
Have experience with installation and start-up an automation packaging machine/line
Have ability to develop and upgrade PLC program
Have good understanding on how to build electrical control panel
Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages concurrently
Familiar with AutoCad 2D
Good analytical thinking and problem solving, good communication skill, organized, self-starter, proactive, attention to details, time management skill
Has the ability to proactively investigate, navigate and seek knowledge during problem solving event
Has good coordination skill working with different level of people

Job Description:

To work with automation vendor and internal project sales team on all technical related details (mechanical, electrical, programming)
Will be assigned to lead and execute installation and start-up of automation product we sell
Practice daily project progress status update on project installation and start-up
To manage good documentation practice on all technical related documents of each system
To support technical team in programming and troubleshooting of any programmable devices used in any other stand-alone machine/equipment
To create sales opportunity in upgrading of customer’s obsolete control system
Provide technical automation support and troubleshooting to any of automation system installed by company
Prepare necessary technical documentation as per customer’s standard requirement for hand-over and completion of project
Prepare project execution time schedule planner
Work closely with technical service team in area of automation related technical matter (installation, training, machine break-down, etc)
To broaden technical service team knowledge and skill in area of automation technical related matter to help them gain new knowledge for better technical support
Experiences in PLC Programming
