Min 3 years experiences with Sales Admin or Secretarial works
"Fast & Accurate Typing is a MUST Able to works in detail, well organized (Psychotest will be performed)"
Fluent English (Spoken & Writing), other language is advantage
IDR 6-10 Mio per month (also depend on candidates qualification)
1x Salary per year

Proficient with computer min. Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsible of the supervison of a sales admin team of 5 persons handling all sales administrative tasks : i.e. offer, Sale order, order processing, order follow up, uji fungsi report, installation report, delivery and invoicing follow up, customer payment follow up + follow up of some routine contracts related to existing installed base (RT routine consumables order, maintenance contract etc…).
