22 - 26 years

Requirement & Responsibility :

Bachelor degree from any major with GPA minimum 3.00 (having minimum 1 years working experience in Sales is an advantage) from reputable university
Willing to be placed all around Indonesia
You must be able to drive manual vehicle and preferably having driving lisence (SIM A) for this position
Maximum 27 years old
Strong communication skills and negotiation skills, active in organizations or community
Broad knowledge in Sales/Marketing

Job Description:

This is a Sales Management Trainee program. As an ASDP, you will be placed in potential area in Indonesia and responsible for creating sales strategy in your placement area. You will act as representative for PT. Amerta Indah Otsuka and being a monitor person for sales team in distributor with the purpose for increasing sales target in each area.
