We are looking for Commercial Digital and Transformation Executive who will be based in Jakarta

Your 'day to day':
  • Develop digital transformation process in Commercial organization, comprising of system development, deployment, and pilot phase. Continuously iterating project along the way, working with a team consisting of Managers, Analyst and Executive level. Aiming to transform the way of working in the field.
  • Explore new technology and innovation for future implementation that impacting to effectivity and efficiency for business on various analysis and data tracking
  • Propose solutions to mitigate complexities in execution for other teams & stakeholders
  • Conduct risk assessment of project, provide feedbacks, user satisfaction survey for continuous improvement and consumer centricity approach.
  • Decide on short-term solution as work around in order not to burden the current system
  • Monitor, track, and report routinely upon project deployment progress and status.

Who we're looking for:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
  • 2-3 years experience in product management, have experience in digital transformation process.
  • Good sense of accountability in driving results and decision-making
  • Analytical thinking with curiosity to learn the business process
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment skill
  • Good collaboration and communication skill
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
