About Our Client

Our client is a leader in the EPC business. They are looking for a strong Commercial and Contract Management professional to join their dynamic business


Job Description

  • Lead, coordinate and responsible of all contract management function during tender and project execution stage
  • Manage and maintain contract management subordinates
  • Key contact point for contract/commercial matters
  • Review, comment and follow up if any contract deviation of main contract, subcontract agreement and purchase order
  • Review pre and post award contract documentation
  • Review amendment of main contract with company/client
  • Review amendment of consortium agreement with consortium partner
  • Support any contractual dispute with company/client

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree in engineering, law or quantity surveying
  • 6-10 years relevant experience in EPC project
  • Keen to be hired as contract employee (1 year)
  • Good leadership skills, proactive, team player and integrity
  • Good negotiation, interpersonal, and decision making skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
