This function will be reporting to the Production Supervisor and will be based at Firmenich Aromatics Indonesia – Karawang Plant.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate one or more of the following Categories of Process Production Activities and may have additional tasks within each:

Follows and implement Health, Safety & Environment policies/procedures.
Follows and implement Food safety and Quality, including GMP if applicable.
Safely operate and monitor process equipment in area of responsibility.
Record production data sheet available at the job location.
Perform in-process analysis together with QC Analysts.
Report any problem during operation to the Supervisors or Manager.
Implement 5S and keep good housekeeping.
Follow the applicable procedures.
Recommends changes on procedures and practices for continuous improvement.
Food Safety Regulation Compliance Management (Local food claims management, local prevention, local regulation knowledge)

We Value:

Minimum Diploma Degree or Polytechnic or University with major in Food Technology or Chemical or Mechanical or Electrical.
Fresh Graduate or 1-3 years related experience in a manufacturing.
Positive work attitude, structured
Must be Thorough and attentive to details, Organized
Able to multitask and complete multiple requests on time
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Developing analytical skills with problem solving ability
Ability to adapt well to a fast-paced environment
Good Presentation skills
