Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall operational activities of the slurry pump unit

Establish a work plan to meet the production target of the operational team in accordance with the company plan
Ensuring the operation of the pump unit complies with the policies and regulations and in accordance with the contract
Coordinate and communicate with the mine contractor on a regular basis
Conduct technical review of operational activities
Ensure that material, equipment, and employee needs are always available for the implementation of operational activities
Building an effective and efficient operational organization in achieving the set production targets

Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Head of Operation or Supervisor in Slurry operation in mining
Good Communication Skill
Willing to work in South Kalimantan
