Job Description

We are looking for a creative Event Management Intern to join our team at Ralali.com in Jakarta. Responsibility:

  • Assist full-time staff with day-to-day operations and event planning * Assist with vendor outreach to collect images, testimonials, etc * Answer incoming calls and assist in answering inquiries about our events * Assist the department with complicated logistics for meetings, rehearsals and events, including securing location, room set-up, audio/visual needs, food and beverage, etc. * Prepare agendas and documents, collect materials, and complete background research in preparation for Events Team meetings speeches, presentations, conferences and other events.
  • Align with company marketing strategy or direction and translate into the event, partnership, and branding activities. * Work collaboratively with the other marketing function to ease the execution. * Measure and report performance of all marketing communication efforts

Requirement:

* Last year student of fresh graduate from communication, marketing, or related field may be required

  • Good time-management skill * Flexible and independent, with the ability to work with details in a fast-paced environment * Excellent and persuasive communication skills both written and spoken in English and Bahasa * Resourceful, high initiative, discipline and self-driven person * Hard-working and able to handle several projects at the same time * Negotiation and dealing skills * Creative * Able to work under pressure and multiple Events
  • Able to join ASAP for min 3 months and work at Puri Kembangan Jakarta Barat
