Vacancy description
  • Ensure and increase legal compliance within the organization (among others: local regulations, FrieslandCampina policies, Code of Conduct, Data Privacy/GDPR, Marketing Directed at Children, WHO Codes, etc.).
  • Initiate and implement program, policies and documents to increase compliance
  • Contract drafting and negotiation
  • Improve legal protection to the company through water tight legal drafting
  • Improve service level of Legal department by initiating contract templates, speed up contract review
  • Manage litigation and relation with external consultants (Notary, lawyers) and legal profession associations
