Vacancy description

Ensure and increase legal compliance within the organization (among others: local regulations, FrieslandCampina policies, Code of Conduct, Data Privacy/GDPR, Marketing Directed at Children, WHO Codes, etc.).
Initiate and implement program, policies and documents to increase compliance
Contract drafting and negotiation
Improve legal protection to the company through water tight legal drafting
Improve service level of Legal department by initiating contract templates, speed up contract review
Manage litigation and relation with external consultants (Notary, lawyers) and legal profession associations
