Bachelor Degree in relevant field with minimum 3.00 GPA
Proficient in English(both verbal and written)
Minimal 2 years of experience(preferably in F&B Business,project management,business development or related field)
Strong communication skills-able to communicate internally and externally clearly and make sure all stakeholders are on the same page
Filling The Gap understand the needs / interests of each stakeholder and are able to spot the middle ground where each stakeholder can fulfill their needs / interest
Willingness to accept&do tas ks-every task is very important to us and we don't want people who only wants to do specific tasks
Quick adapter able to adapt in new environment in a relatively short time
Understands F&B market-keep up with current trend and able to foresee upcoming trend

Graphic design skill-able to design packaging prototype with any graphic design software is an additional advantage.

Business Development Work closely with internal team(Operations Manager and Marketing Manager)to implement and execute growth strategy
Provide insights of potential business strategy and location expansion
Research F&B market(including competitor analysis)and understand what the market wants
Performance analysis for under-performing brand / shops and start initiative on how to hit company's goal with long term sustainability
Carry out analysis and survey to better understand brand and its market behaviour
