Job Description

Finance:
Forecast requirements, prepare a monthly and an annual budget, planning and organizing account payable and account receivable flow.

Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.

Review and approve all incoming and outgoing invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment

Make payment & invoicing agreements with our vendors and clients.

Manage commission for sales, forecasting, and payroll

Update on the local tax regulation & international tax that related to the main business, ex; CoR and DGT 1, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4 (2)

Working with bankers, insurers, and solicitors

Handling payroll and petty cash

HR & Recruitment:
Plan and review compensation actions, enforcing policies and procedures.

Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale

Manage staff levels, contract, appraisal moment, regulation and any kind of employee needed

Manage and create monthly and yearly events for the company and its employees

Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Managing the recruitment and selection process

Support employee communication with the management team

General:
Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions related to HR & Finance together with the Country Manager

Identify problems and opportunities for the company SOP’s

Ensure a perfect working environment for high performance

Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

Pick up operational projects as is required from the management

Manager 2 to 4 people related to HR & Finance
Experience min 3-5 years in Finance, HR, management operations, and leadership.

Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields.

Excellent in use of MS Office, Google sheet and financial management software

Expert to use Excel function

Have excellent accuracy and strong accounting management skill

A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles

Able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Fluent in English
