Manage market research projects end-to-end (eg. Data Analysis, U&A study, Opportunity Sizing Study, Pricing Study, Conjoint Study, Competitive Analysis), and provide inputs for strategy development and execution
Lead the scoping of research and be accountable for research results and roadmaps for your business counterparts
Generate foresight referring to global industry trends in digital advertising
Manage, provide guidance and feedback, and mentor junior researchers on a 1:1 basis
Employ best practices for market research in collaboration with the Zenius group Research team
Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Business stakeholders to ensure product & market insights are fused throughout the business and product development process
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in any major (Mathematics, statistics, and economics are preferable)
At least 4 years of experience in market research agency with similar position (Experience on managing team is preferable)
