Job Description
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners (i.e. Banks, Tourism Boards, Payment Channels, POIs, Merchants, airasia Rewards, government relations, and more)
Negotiate and manage the overall strategy between partners and airasia’s Line of Businesses in order to initiate, execute, and optimize the partnerships’ performance
Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports & prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment
Review performance data that includes financial, sales, and activity reports to monitor and measure Partnership productivity, achievement, and overall effectiveness

Problem solve issues faced during the process of partner evaluation with internal stakeholders from Legal, Procurement, Finance, Advertising, and Tax
Ideas & research on Partnership campaigns which will include marketing initiatives based on briefs, revenue drive, consumer studies and crowdsourcing
Can lead a production team for materials needed to push the local campaigns
Requirements:
Min. 2 years of experience in Partnership, Relationship Management, or similar fields
Speak and write fluent English. Capable of communicating with regional stakeholders from different countries. Capable to overcome language barriers
Excellent analytical and numerical skills coupled with problem-solving and strong intuitions of user behaviors (user-first way of thinking)
Agile and flexible - Willing to accept changes and pivot the business during tough times
Willingness to travel for events, meetings, and other work-related occasions
Self-management skills, motivation, good planning, presentation & organizational skill
A positive attitude towards their work and willingness to work as part of a team
Willingness to work well under tight deadlines and shifts, sometimes heavy workloads and with a high degree of individual responsibility
