Establishing strong relationships with Affiliate Partners, projects and actively searching innovative product and business mechanics to achieve outlined performance targets
Researching, analyzing data and creating ad-hoc reports to support making numbers-driven decisions
Developing, monitoring and reporting for the Lazada affiliate partnerships and activities as well as competitors’ affiliate campaigns and promotions
Advising and motivate affiliate partners on strategies to bolster KPIs
Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders to drive needs across various departments and marketing channels
Stay on top of the latest trends in affiliate partnerships and ecommerce
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
2-3 years’ working experience in an affiliate network, performance marketing, partner management or in e-commerce
Proficient command of MS, Excel, and PowerPoint with advanced analytics & presentation skills
Strong leadership and communication skills and be able to build relationships with people from different background and cultures, both online and offline.
Demonstrable attitude for problem-solving, a fantastic sales approach, analytical and numerical skills
General technical knowledge of systems and troubleshooting will be an asset
Maintain knowledge of all Team members related by functions, cross functions to ensure all Team members can deliver good service to Partners and Consumers.
