About the Department

The Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.


Corporate Real Estate Services

We manage and administer matters relating to real estate on behalf of the Group. These include lease management, facilities management, as well as security and general service matters.

Job Description

  • Prepare and perform analysis of real estate related data at Country level for the annual Sustainability Report
  • Maintain report and consolidate information related to costs managed by CRS
  • Prepare cost analysis to assist decision making
  • Coordinate with each cost coordinator to review potential cost saving and explore opportunity for cost saving; track the agreed saving initiatives and prepare cost saving report/dashboard
  • Perform review on invoice processing including costs accrual for cost managed under CRS
  • Perform monitoring on yearly renovation capex budget realization within the Bank and submit monthly report to Head Office
  • Prepare list of lease ROU for submission to Finance
  • Involve in annual stock opname exercise; review the completeness and reasonableness of assets stock take report submitted by PIC

Job Requirements

  • Recognized university degree qualification in Finance/Accounting or its equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working in banking industry
  • Experience in financial analysis and performance management is preferable
  • Self-driven and meticulous, with critical thinking, good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good skill in operating Ms. Office
