Job Description

You will be part of our Sea Logistics team, adding your process expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence.

Your Role

Responsible for handling activities based on the scope of work and standard operating procedures of Sea Logistics Customer Care.

Your Responsibilities

  • Follow up Final Shipping Instruction, make sure Final Shipping Instruction is submitted on time
  • Follow up outstanding of our cash customers by communicating the service-oriented architecture (SOA) on weekly basis
  • Do the necessary administration for customer’s credit facility proposal or renewal
  • Follow up lost accounts by coordinating with overseas office and update the necessary information in the system
  • Other administration tasks related with Customer Care role

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Diploma/Tertiary certification in Supply Chain or Business, with Degree Qualifications preferred
  • Ability to converse in English fluently
  • Strong team player and is self-motivated
  • Able to work with Microsoft Excel
