Job Description

1. Coordinate with users to identify labor needs

2. Sourcing candidate

3. instruct test

4. do HR interview

5. Integrate interview results with users

6. Handle sign of new employee contract

7. make a recruitment report and the achievement of recruitment KPIs every month
Bachelor Degree in any major

Preferably proven work experience as recruiter/ talent acquisition in house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter at least 1 year experience

fresh graduate are welcome

Have a good interpersonal communication skill

Able to manage the task and project

have a good report writing skill

have a good data interpretation skill

digital savvy

Able to operate MMs. Office especially for Ms. Excel (intermediate level)
