The Cross Border team at Shopee empowers sellers from all over the world to sell into the Southeast Asia and Taiwan region. The team helps sellers to market their products across the 7 markets and provide enabling services such as cross border logistics, operations, payments, product related services, overseas warehouse fulfillment and business intelligence. Job Description:
  • Develop and implement growth strategies for categories along with various stakeholders from across the region and across teams (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Business Development, and other cross border teams e.g. Payment, Warehouse)
  • Develop and execute seller programs, initiatives, and promotion strategies to drive Cross Border business growth and document Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for mass execution
  • Coordinate cross border campaigns and manage day-to-day campaign operations
  • Conduct thorough analysis to identify levers from traffic, conversion, and assortment and come up with a strategy to drive growth
  • Foster seller growth with a strategic plan and increase seller loyalty to the platform

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and above
  • 1-2 years of working experience in e-commerce, retail buying, or business analytics background would be a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English to facilitate cross border collaborations and discussions with stakeholders across the region
  • Able to drive progress independently
  • Result-oriented, team player and has an energetic attitude
