Creating conceptual PR strategy including :
Creating plan, browse, contact, manage & Execute PR strategy for shu including KOL/Influencers/MUA list through product seeding, contact list, support collaboration with influencers, tracking PR buzz & create report/recap – based on highlighted campaign / product.
Dealing with PR agency (INCA) for day to day PR operation, including budget phasing.
Concepting 360 journey of PR buzz to increase SHU Awareness – along with our SHU Brand love campaign
Assist and coordinate in executing PR/Media program, livestream & events
Social media savvy - aware of social media, KOL, beauty and competitor trend to make it shu even more desired in social media (IG, tiktok or other platforms)
Besides KOL, creating strategy to make shu artists more influence in social media, including : social media training for the BA, content idea and caption in order to make 1 identity for shu.
Trade Marketing
Assist and brainstorming with retail team to implement trade marketing activation including : upskill BA with social media training & shu artists branding, collaborate with shu field coach.
Improve our C&S ways of working including monthly catalogue blast through BACC, liaiase with designer for monthly catalogue and monthly content plan to blast to improve our CR by 15%
Product Registration
Coordinate with end to end process of STRAD process with STRAD & designer for registration and help to launch new products
Monitor overall STRAD process and manage the timeline for each products
Manage the variance management project to coordinate between STRAD, MKT and designer
Perform in a professional manner, build effective relationship with the team, meet his/her deadline given. Help to coordinate paperwork & logistics needed for the marketing daily tasks to run
