About Our Client

Our client is an automotive electronic manufacturing company in Batam

Perform function test engineering and related analysis as required to support internal and external customers
Supervise EOL tester development for new products based on test specs and with collaboration with tester supplier
Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to support all test and characterisation aspects of the new product development process
Execute all function test activities including the definition of test plans, test procedures, develop complex tests to analyse/assess the effect of software release on hardware during production and application approval process
Failure Analysis for the PCBA / System and takes lead on Failure Mode Testing
Provide technical leadership and guidance to FA technicians pertaining to defect analysis
Troubleshoot and establish the correct test method, improves test methods as required
Perform device characterisation testing following documented test plans to ensure new products meet specifications
Perform detailed analysis of test results and provide concise

Diploma or Bachelor degree in electrical/electronic engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in Automotive or PCBA background or similar industry
PCBA Knowledge and Electronic Schematic Diagram
Operational Schematic reading and understand on the progress of the Schematic and the products
Knowledge in the Failure analysis and Root Cause finding
Measurement Equipment knowledge (Oscilloscope /CRO /DMM)
