Job Description

Have min. 3 years of work experience in QC for Electronic Industry
Have experience in QC Outgoing QC and AQL
Will to be located in Kebomas Gresik, East Java.

PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in consumer goods industry in finding great talent as a Quality Control Inspector with the requirement as follows:

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with QC Manager to schedule the assigned inspections
Conduct general inspection procedure (inspection arrangement, middle stage inspection, final inspection, in-process QC inspection, etc.) according to operation guidelines, inspection checklists and any special instructions provided by the company
Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs
Detect potential issues/problems and provide alternate solutions during the inspection
Ensure the quality of goods and the shipment is on schedule
Follow up & Onsite tracking of CAPA & factory assessment if needed
Periodic audit at suppliers’ factories for new/existing products by reviewing and evaluating suppliers’ process capabilities and ensure the effectiveness and implementation of QC procedures in all partners factories
Conduct new product inspection / testing from EP to PP, analysis and report / follow up the testing result

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in QC for electronic industry.
Strong QC knowledge in QC knowledge ( Outgoing QC and AQL and Incoming/In-Process QC skill).
Have an inspection experience in Softline (fabrics, textiles, garment sewing), Hardlines (LED, hardware & RF/Bluetooth), and Automotive products.
Good communication in English
Proficient in Ms. Office
Have good problem solving, good presentation and good communication skills.
Independent person.
