In this opportunity, you will be trained to develop yourself as a Telemarketer and will learn a lot about telesales, account management & customer service. Your role is to facilitate the communication between Lamudi and it’s end-users, and provide excellent customer service all the way through.

What a day at work for you will look like:
You will provide AAA service on the phone to make potential customers enthusiastic about our product
You will generate sales among client accounts, including upsetting and cross-selling Lamudi memberships over the phone
You will advise your customers on the best products for them to use
You will build great relations with your customers over the phone
You will manage your pipeline in our CRM (Salesforce) and keeping management up to date of your progress

Have at least a Bachelor degree from reputable University.
Have minimum 1-year work experience in Telesales/Telemarketing and year 1 Customer Service and related position.
Proven experiences in maintain existing customer.
Have a commitment to the job and you are excited to work in a fast-growing startup.
You are eager to learn and willing to go beyond the job description.
Our selection procedure in a nutshell
The position reports to Broker Classified Manager. During the interview process you will meet him/her, as well as a few business stakeholders and Management Team members.
