Candidate must possess at least SMU in any field.

Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.

At least 1 Year)S) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Maximum of 30 years old.

Having the ability to solve problems faced by the customer.

Having knowledge of the company's products.

Have good communication and presentation skills.

Can build a good relationship with the customer.

Fast learner.

To be placed in Karawaci Tangerang office, lived in Tangerang is preferably Tanggung Jawab

Handle customer complaints and questions.

Understand about the company products.

Understanding and helping customers find solutions to the problems faced in order to get customer satisfaction.

Answering Company phone calls
Following procedures, guidelines and regulations that apply in the company.
