Job Detail

<Job Responsibilities>
  • Monitoring & supervise general services (transportation, meal, cleaning services, expatriates etc)
  • Responsible on 5S, security, health clinic, and waste management.
  • Coordinate and supervise Facility works (internal & external) – Facility Management.
  • Work collaboratively with HR & GA Manager to develop policies, company rules, procedure, and regulations in GA and Environment.
  • Other related tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree of office management, industrial management, others or Equivalent
・At Least 5 years of GA experience in manufacturing company
・Need knowledge of K3LH, ISO 9001, 14001 and ISO TS.
・AHLI K3 certificate holder
・More than conversational level English
・Supervisor / Coordinator Specialized In General Affairs field at Japanese manufacturing company min 1,000 employees is big plus
