Job Purpose and Impact

The PE/CI Lead will oversee day-to-day continuous improvement portfolio activities across multiple sites/locations. In this role, you will provide guidance and direction to develop, implement and sustain process improvement initiatives. We seek a professional who will conduct continuous improvement activities with medium project cost and risk and activities with moderate ambiguity. Key Accountabilities

Communicate with business leaders to provide updates on the project objectives, performance measures, issues and risks.
Supervise our team that will identify, monitor, and implement continuous improvement best practices.
Develop and manage continuous improvement plans for projects with low cost and risk, reaching and sustaining project goals.
Oversee and direct our team to conduct organization readiness assessments, value realization, opportunity prioritization, resource evaluation and execute on continuous improvement strategies to meet business needs.
Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Other minimum qualifications may apply Preferred Qualifications
Two years of supervisory experience
Good understanding of manufacturing concepts
