About the Role
You will be running cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives to support business goals across different products in Commerce Enablement, including SaaS and payment-related products. Your starting point is operations, but you will be working with all teams including Merchants Lifecycle, Strategy, Commercial, and other GoTo Financial internal teams together to deliver results.
What You Will Do
Identify and assess long and short term initiatives to support business objectives
Cross-functional stakeholder management to push initiatives that support business objectives
Design, analyze, and develop detailed project plans and documentation to optimize effectiveness and minimize risk factors impacting solution adoption
Administer change of systems/processes as required to support lean initiatives in Commerce Enablement Team and other teams in GoTo Financial
Review new procedures/controls and appraise the efficiency and effectiveness of operations and working managers and supervisors to resolve any issues that might arise during implementation and maintenance phases
Develop metrics and dashboard criteria to report out on progress and to drive change
Work with users and assist them in organizing the work and tracking the progress to ensure deadlines are met and benefits realized for the initiatives
What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree from a top university (second year, final year, or graduated)
At least 4 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment (consulting, investment banking, and/or fast-paced startup would be preferred)
Proven leadership and high work ethic, most likely exemplified by involvement in student societies/extracurricular activities/work
Excellent communication (English is a must) and interpersonal skills, a team player with a hands-on approach
Adaptable to new and fast-changing environments with a proven ability to succeed in challenging environments that stretch you to your limits
Strong data analytical skills

We also work to improve the merchant-partner experience by product innovation and integration with the rest of the Gojek ecosystem.
With the increasing trends in social commerce especially in Indonesia during the pandemic, GoStore is one of the solutions that we offer to our merchants to help them sell online through social media and chat commerce. Our vision in this team is to build the infrastructure that allows merchants to have integrated POS system with multiple sales channels (both offline and online).
