Global Reporting COE Developer support HPS Reporting COE. Reporting Developer will support creating New/Enhancement of Reports, Dashboards and Scorecards with direction by senior developer and supervisor.

Job Descriptions
Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports using various reporting tools (SharePoint SSRS, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, etc.)
Develop End to End Data Pipeline backend as a foundation for Reporting source (ETL)
Develop reports and dashboards in CRM (Salesforce) and PMIS (Planview)
Develop reports from various data sources (ERP, CRM, Project Mgmt., etc.).
Work with the COE team and business to identify, develop, and deploy global standard reporting solutions
Responsible to take care of any enhancements request with close direction from senior developer and supervisor
Prepare the Functional Documentation
Perform functional and end-to-end report testing
Support ongoing maintenance of reporting solutions
Manage data
Analyze data
Ensure data integrity

Job Requirements
Degree in Information Systems/Computer Science preferred.
3+ years working with Report Development and Data Analysis
Skills using various report tools including but not limited to SAP, SFDC, SQL, and various data sources
Knowledge of the global HPS business and HPS Operations preferred.
Experience in working with global teams essential.
The successful candidate needs to have excellent communication skills
Proficient in the use of required reporting tools
Knowledge of Salesforce, Planview or SAP is preferred.
