Analyze business unit plans related to potential for additional branches and collect data related to potential locations for business expansion
Make recommendation for branch design development concepts (layout, review, interior and exterior design) and standardize costs
Conduct market research and field surveys with facility development and HSE to ensure the location of land, buildings, and facility readiness and observe demographics, environment and location
Compare analysis of three potential locations
Make feasibility study and timeline of acquisition and development of distribution channels
Analyze disposal plan of land or building and evaluate the use of land and building assets utilization
Analyze prospective buyers and manage meetings with sales committee

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Management from reputable university with min GPA 3.00 of 4.00
At least 1-2 years of working experience in Business/Channel Manegement, Project Management, or Market & Business Study
Having expertise in finance, feasibility study, market study, or accounting
Placement in North Jakarta
