We are looking for Regional Engagement & Sustainability Executive who based in East Java.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

  • Support the successful execution of regional relations & CSR
strategies for Sumatra, Banten and West Java that support business objectives
  • Ensure positive business environment in which the company (our 36 ASO,
Karawang Plant, and 3 TPO) can operate at the regional and local level in Sumatra and West Java. Create a favorable climate facilitating dialogue between Sampoerna and division at the Regional/Local Government and between Sampoerna and the community surrounding.
  • Optimizing CSR programs for Sumatra and West Java that can best serve
company objectives, supporting government relations activity and at the same time addressing the local needs.
  • Supporting the team to maintain good relationship with with the community surrounding Karawang Plant to ensure the sustainability of the plant operation
  • Suppport the successful development and execution of growers community
relations strategies that support AMTI and HMS business objectives.
  • Ensure the successful development and execution of CSR strategies to maximize CSR role and the contribution in building and strengthening our relations with growers community as part of our effort to achieve regulatory and fiscal objectives, business sustainability and GAP/ALP objectives


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Min 4 years of Public/Government Affairs related experience.
  • Experience in CSR and in highly regulated industry or a government/political position is a plus
