Job Description

The Digital Marketing Strategist will be working in the Corporate Human Resources – Business Development Division. He/she will in charge of all digital channels and use them to drive brand awareness and generate leads. It includes overseeing overall content strategy, as well as marketing campaign.

He/she will be working with fellow Business Development tribe member(s) in expanding business and market for Growth Center (Corporate Human Resource's brand for external clients) include Kognisi.id

Job Description:
Strategically expand the awareness on Growth Center & Kognisi.id, and increase the website traffic including visit, daily active, leads and CTR optimization.

Plan effective digital campaign through social media ads, SEO, and any others digital channel

Collaborate with digital marketing team to implementing strategic digital campaign

Monitor campaign performance and identify trend/insight from potential audience

Suggest new method or channel to be more efficient in cost per matrix

Build networking strategies with related internal and external stakeholders such as other pages in KG, partners and potential partners pages to create an impactful content & campaign
Bachelor/Master graduate from Marketing and Business related field

At least 3 years professional experience in digital marketing

Hands-on experience in Instagram ads and tiktok ads proved by relevant portofolio

In depth knowledge in digital marketing concept, tools, and measurement

Experience in identifying target audiences and planning digital campaign strategies

Highly creative, strong problem solving and presentation skill

Good interpersonal communication with relationship building skill

Able to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment

Able to prioritize, manage multiple task, and deliver on deadline

Basic knowledge in A/B Testing and Google Analytic is a plus
