Job Description

Engineer Maintenance performs maintenance activities, troubleshoot equipment, maintenance overhaul, sustain and assist equipment/machinery to ensure smooth production operation.
In your new role you will:

Perform maintenance activities defined/describes in PM OJTI and general requirement
Sustain and assist equipment/machinery to ensure smooth production operation
Troubleshoot equipment from minor and major machine errors, included problematic common quality deviation
Analysis, controlling, and improvement of Maintenance KPIs (OEE/MTBA/MTBF)
Develop maintenance overhaul, adjustment, and calibration.
Repeat order Equipment on setup buy-off and update procurement specification with the latest feature
Designs develop and/or deliver training programs; Constructs developmental plans on and off the job; create a climate in which people feel motivated

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Good communication and has leadership orientation
Coordinate maintenance activities defined/describes in PM OJTI
Equipment know-how and troubleshooting
Understood well and know-how to improve of Maintenance KPIs
Has skill and knowledge to develop maintenance overhaul, adjustment, and calibration
Proficient in understanding machine elements, electrical; electronics, sensor; pneumatic, PLC
Familiar with equipment repeat order buy-off included IT configuration and update procurement specification with the latest feature
Knowledge to designs develop and/or deliver training programs
