Define the current and future corn seed and CP go-to-market strategy, strategic decision making from marketing and customer point of view and ensure full understanding of the strategy across the organization
Managing actionable corn seed and CP segmentation and define clear target setting and related financial plans
Define go-to-market strategy for various Key crops in F&V with a view of customer needs, crops / crops systems and channels involved
Corn seed and CP/go-to-market strategy execution & shaping the market offering mplementation the strategy of corn seed and CP, do regular evaluation and action to ensure achieving the target
Chose the best integrated (CP, Seeds & Services) offers for our grower customers based on customer strategies and through implementation of global/regional product and service portfolio strategies
Collaborate with regional crop manager & product managers for country specific crop & product needs. Also, collaborate with strategic business managers and field marketing on go-to-market implementation - monitor grower interactions, coach the sales force and ensure alignment on different interaction strategies project lead for relevant (product/crop related) projects for the defined geography, in collaboration with regional marketing team
Drive definition and execution of marketing programs and tactics to ensure that they meet grower needs and can be measured and evaluated for effectiveness
Execute pre-launch plan of new launches by leading local counterparts (e.g., sales, market development, marketing/communication, product supply, regulatory, customer service, agency)
Pull demand generation through promotion/campaigns and delivering value communicating
Define content, tailoring and implementation of integrated grower campaigns (corn seed and CP) aligned with the customer journey and relevant customer insights
Define the desired customer experience, ensure awareness, and support its realization across all functions
Design and support demo-trials and farmers meetings to generate pull for Bayer solutions
Marketing activity monitoring and marketing ROI optimization
Monitor the timeliness and effectiveness of go-to-market plan execution; track KPIs (market share, awareness, purchase intent, usage) against plan
Effectively utilize/manage P&I expenses to achieve higher marketing ROI
Support on budgeting, portfolio optimization and asset management
Support the definition of the right portfolio strategy on regional level by providing market knowledge, grower insights and reflecting customer needs
Provide required information and analyses for annual budgeting process # Provide required support on asset management such as contract update/management with third parties and divestment projects
Capture and anticipate changes in the grower/channel landscape, behavior or needs and ensure reflection in related go-to-market plans
Lead integration of grower/channel input and grower/channel segmentation strategies into marketing plans to maximize opportunities for customer acquisition, retention, cross-sell and up-sell
Build strong/high valuable brands and plan long term growth
Manage high valuable brands and plan lifecycle management
Build new brand and make faster become strong brand in the market
Plan and develop strategy short, medium and long term by identify key enablers by segment to realize must win battles
Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
Support on inventory management & product stewardship/defense enhancement
Provide required information in the local S&OP process for stable product supply and effective inventory management
Support implementation of product stewardship/defense activities, including proper CP usage avocations, anti-counterfeits, phytotoxicity issues, etc.
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor's/master’s degree in agriculture science or equivalent with 7-10 years relevant experience
Experiences thorough product/brand/crop management and marketing knowledge includes advertising, promotion, pricing, segmentation, and positioning
Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
Proactive & drive the positive results in complex conditions
Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia (verbal & written)
General computer proficiency in MS Office, Internet, mobile application
